What does 'founding member price' mean?
The first members who join at $29/year lock in that price permanently. As Echo Lane grows and adds features, the price for new members will increase — but founding members keep their $29/year rate for as long as they stay subscribed.
Can I start with a free card and upgrade?
Yes — free cards can be upgraded at any time before sending. Upgrading removes Echo Lane branding and increases your contributor and minute limits.
Do contributors or recipients need an account?
No. Contributors click a link in their email and record directly in their browser. Recipients open their card the same way. No signup required for either.
What is the Boutique plan?
Boutique is a fully done-for-you service. Our team reaches out to contributors, professionally edits every clip, balances volume, adds a music bed, and delivers a polished card that plays like a short film. Pricing starts at $199 and varies by complexity.
Can I get more than 60 contributors?
